I am a F1 student my daughter's American and her father is a military veteran. I filed for child support in 2010 October after my daughter was born in August 2010. The paternity was established in June 2011 because her father delinquent. However the father didn't acknowledge paternity thus I had to wait for a paternity hearing for nine (9) months. During this time I wasn't notified by mail or phone by child support enforcement or the division of family court about my paternity hearing.
